CAN I BE NOTIFIED ONCE A CANVAS IS BACK IN STOCK?
Yes! The best way to do this is to sign up for email notifications on the product page of whichever sold out product you are interested in. Select ‘Canvas'Only’ or ‘Full Kit’ within the product listing, and a place to enter your email will pop up! You will receive an email first when the product is back in stock.
AN OUT OF STOCK CANVAS IS TAKING A WHILE TO RESTOCK
Hand painted canvases are very time consuming to produce and take around 8-12 weeks to create more inventory! We are working on getting every canvas back in stock so thank you for your patience!
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
Due to the custom nature of each canvas, we do not accept returns - but please email me at hello@lepointstudio.com if you have any questions or aren’t satisfied with your order.
WHAT IF I RUN OUT OF YARN?
We do our best to estimate the amount of yarn needed for each canvas - but if you find yourself running out of a color, please reach out to us at hello@lepointstudio.com and we would be happy to ship you what you need free of charge! If you want to stitch additional background rows around your canvas to make the finished size larger, we would be happy to sell you the background thread needed!
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not ship internationally at this time.

WHERE CAN I GO TO HAVE A PROJECT FINISHED?
Your local needlepoint store is a wonderful resource for finishing. If you don’t have a local needlepoint store, most stores allow you to ship your piece to them to be finished. Most stores have finishers they work with, that can create a variety of different items for your final piece depending on what you would like. See our post on finishing here!
